Rana Muhammad Aamer Khan is the founding Chairman of the firm. He has extensive experience in Business Development, Human Resource Development, Contract Negotiations and Administration, Financial and Resource Management, Office Management & Administration. He is also owner of the Aamer Enterprises International Pakistan. He has honor of working as Coordinator of Consultants' JV for National Program for Improvement of Watercourses (NPIW) - Balochistan, Extension of Pat Feeder Canal Project, Chagai Water Management and Agriculture Development Project, Balochistan Small Scale Irrigation Project (BSSIP), Construction of 100-Dams in Balochistan. He also served as Provincial Coordinator for National Drainage Program, Balochistan.





Engr. Zubair is a Civil/Geotechnical Engineer. He graduated from UET Lahore in 1991 and has wide experience of providing consultancy services. This has been in the fields of Geotechnical, Hydraulics, Irrigation, Drainage and Water Resources and Project Management. Engr. Zubair's experience covers key areas namely Irrigation Systems, Hydraulic Design and Hydraulic Structures. He has worked on major Water Resources projects both in Pakistan and abroad. He has been involved in Planning, Feasibility Studies, Designing of Irrigation Systems while working as Consultant with Dams Implementation Unit – DIU, Sudan. He did his M.Sc. Geotechnical Engineering degree from National University of Sciences and Technology – NUST, on National Talent Scholarship awarded by Government of Pakistan. During performance of professional services he has travelled to Sudan, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates.



Capt.(Retd.) Fariduddin belongs to the District Management Group; 3rd Common (1974) and retired from DMG Grade 21. He has served as Principal Secretary To Chief Minister Balochistan, Chairman Balochistan Development Authority, Secretary Industries Department, Secretary Food Department, Secretary Labor Department, Member Chief Minister Inspection Team Balochistan, Secretary Balochistan Development Authority, and Secretary to Chief Secretary Balochistan. He has also served as Director of IDB Baluchistan, PICIC, S.S.G.C., HUBCO, Sandak Metal Limited, P.M.D.C., EOBI, RDFC, and PASCO. He also took Basic Officer Training in 39th PMA for 2 year at PMA Kakul. He has also officially visited U.S.A., U.K., Australia, Chile, France, Germany, Dubai, Brazil, Spain, Poland, Thailand, Switzerland, Italy and Malaysia.





Engr. Zafar is a Civil/Water Resources Engineer. He did M.Sc. Hydraulic Engineering from UNESCO-IHE Delft, The Netherlands during 2000-02 and B.Sc. Civil Engineering (Hons), from UET Pakistan during 1991-96 and obtained Gold Medal. He also won University Medals and university merit scholarship during the studies. Engr. Zafar's professional experience has been in Hydraulics, Drainage, Numerical Modeling, Water Management and Water Resource Engineering. He has been working as Consulting Engineer on Irrigation Systems, Hydraulic Design, Flood Management Numerical Modeling, Urban Storm-Water Drainage Systems, Hydrology and Hydraulic Analysis, Watercourse Improvement and On-Farm Water Management Strategies. He has visited Malaysia, Norway, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Luxemburg, Nepal and Sudan during the performance of his professional services.
